MWF @ Desert Writers' Expo!

Modern West Fiction is loading up the pack mules and heading over to the Palm Springs Writers Guild’s annual Desert Writers’ Expo.

Where and When: Rancho Mirage Library, 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, February 15.

So What? The debut of Blue Sky Medicine, the third novel in the Bear Kotah series, which Marine son Trent co-authored. He draws heavily on his combat experience in Iraq & Afghanistan, and writes like he talks. Fellow vets will recognize his contributions immediately. Blue Sky was released February 3: Plenty of action & suspense as Marines and veteran Comanche & Kiowa volunteers battle ISIS, alongside their own PTSD demons. It promises to be a page-turner!
